Friday, October 3
Friday: Opening the Circle
Arriving, Unwinding, Rooting In
Check-In: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
As you arrive at Camp Duffield and step into the quiet embrace of the forest, Friday invites you to gently land—leaving behind the noise of daily life and entering a space of rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Take time to settle into your cabin, breathe in the woods, and ease into the rhythm of the weekend. Whether you choose to unpack, wander the trails, or simply sit in stillness, this is your time to arrive fully and softly.
We’ll come together around shared soup and simple offerings—a casual, cozy meal prepared with love by fellow TEA Sisters. It’s a chance to gather in the kitchen, swap stories, and begin building the weekend’s circle of care.
As the evening unfolds, we’ll hold a welcoming circle—lightly guided with intention setting and gentle grounding to help us enter this space together. Expect no performances or pressure, only presence. Come as you are.
We’ll close with a simple evening moment of quiet or reflection, leaving space to unwind and prepare for a weekend rooted in connection, rest, and shared experience.

Saturday, October 4
Saturday: Rooted in Ritual, Rising in Joy
An Invitation to Rest, Reflect, and Reconnect
Saturday is yours to shape—an open invitation to slow down, connect deeply, and follow what feels nourishing. Without a packed agenda or fixed schedule, this day encourages you to be fully present with yourself, with one another, and with the land around us.
We’ll begin the day together in circle, honoring our shared intentions and opening space for grounded connection. From there, you’ll have the freedom to choose how you spend your time—whether it's quiet reflection in the Maker’s Space, a shared walk through the woods, tea with a friend, or spontaneous moments of ritual and creativity.
Throughout the day, optional offerings may emerge organically from within the group—past retreat favorites like tea blending, movement practices, journaling prompts, or storytelling sessions may reappear, gently guided by those who feel inspired to share.
We’ll gather again in the evening for what has become a TEA tradition—our ecstatic dance party under the stars, followed by a cozy fireside gathering to reflect and wind down in community.
There is no “right” way to do this retreat. Come as you are, follow what calls to you, and know that you belong here.

Sunday, October 5
Sunday: Returning to Rise with Radiance
A Gentle Close, A Graceful Beginning
We’ll greet this final morning in the woods with softness and gratitude—each of us rising in our own rhythm, held by the quiet beauty of nature and the warmth of sisterhood.
You’re invited to begin the day however feels right for you: a walk by the pond, journaling in the early light, sipping tea in the company of new friends, or simply soaking in a few more peaceful moments on the land.
There will be no formal offerings or scheduled activities—just space. Space to breathe, to reflect, and to slowly gather yourself for the journey home.
Late morning, we’ll come together one final time in closing circle to honor what we’ve experienced, witnessed, and shared. We’ll hold a simplified Rising Tea Ceremony, grounding ourselves in intention and connection as we prepare to carry the retreat’s energy into our daily lives.
The retreat will conclude by 2:00 PM, with an open invitation to linger a little longer—whether that’s for shared hugs, photos, or a spontaneous lunch in town with a few new sisters.
No rush. No pressure. Just the gentle unfolding of what’s next.
